BillionEdges builds software that runs entirely on our customers' own infrastructure. This privacy policy covers only the limited data collected through this website (billionedges.com). It does not describe our product, Enterprise AI Assistant, which processes customer data solely on the customer's own servers and is covered separately in our product documentation.

1. Information you give us

When you submit the demo-request form, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, organisation, and your message. We use this solely to respond to your request and to arrange a demonstration. We keep it only as long as needed for that purpose and reasonable follow-up.

2. Website analytics

We use a self-hosted, privacy-focused analytics tool to understand how the website is used — for example, how many people visit, which pages they view, and where visitors come from. This data is aggregated and anonymous. It does not identify you personally, does not track you across other websites, and does not require advertising cookies.

3. Our demonstration environment

If we grant you access to our live demonstration environment, please note that it is a demonstration and that activity within it may be monitored so we can improve the product and support you during the trial. Do not upload real confidential, personal, or regulated data to the demonstration environment. When you deploy Enterprise AI Assistant in your own environment, your data stays entirely on your own infrastructure — that is the core of how the product works.

4. What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We don't use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.
• We don't send your form submissions to any party other than ourselves.

5. Data security

This website is served over encrypted HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted securely to our own systems. We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information collected here.

6. Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you from this website, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. Because our analytics are anonymous, we can't link that data to you individually.
